Just 5 more days before Christmas!!!

It is "crunch time" now!!!

I still have so much to do! But at least all of my shopping is done!

Now it is just time to start wrapping and baking!

I wanted to share with you a cookie I found on Pinterest last week. Chocolate Rolo cookies! I tried these last week and they were a huge hit in my house and with my neighbors!

The best part is they are super easy and fast to make! Perfect for this time of year! Because they are super delicious! And ready in no time!!!

Here is what you will need:

1 package of Devils food cake mix (I used Pilsbury)

1 bag of Rolos

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

Here is how you make them:

Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs. Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the rolo. (Only use enough dough to cover the rolo so it can spread through the cookie.)

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar!!!

Wha-la!!! You are done!!!!

Go ahead and make them! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!
