Two of my favorite words when looking for new recipes.

I just had to share this recipe with you because it is just that. Easy and delicious.

I made this hot tasty dip for my family the weekend that they came in for baby O's baptism.

It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it!

So here it is!

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise

1 container (8 ounces) sour cream

1 cup of shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (4 ounces) I used Mozzarella

1. Preheat oven to 350.  In 1 quart casserole, combine all ingredients.

2. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.

3. Serve with your favorite dipper. I served with Triscuits.

Hello! I Am Ba-ack!!!

Hello lovelies! I hope everyone is doing well and I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving!

I can't believe how long I have been away from my blog and from visiting your blogs. I have missed reading what is going on in your lives!

I have been crazy busy with my baby boy, and I am constantly amazed every second of every day how much I love my baby! Time is going by way too fast.....I know everyone says it goes by in the blink of an eye. And that always seemed like such a cliche to me. But now that I am a mom, I get it. Time is going by faster than I could have ever imagined.

I am sorry I have been away so long. Thank you to all of you who have reached out to me to see how I am doing. It really has meant a lot to me.

Figuring out the world of babies and mommy hood has left me with little free time for myself! I am balancing things better now. So I promise I will be around to read your blogs, and to comment! I have missed all of you!

I will fill you in on the coming days of what we have been up to, new products I am loving, and new recipes too!
