I wanted to share an appetizer with you that my mom has been making for years. This is her recipe, and it has been on of my favorites for as long as I can remember.  The appetizer doesn't really have a name. We just call it that cheesy bacon bread appetizer. But it is sooo good! And so easy to make! I promise you that you will love it and your guests will be asking for the recipe!!

Here is what you will need:

Party size pumpernickel bread (I use sliced French Baguette)
2 cups of medium or sharp Cheddar cheese
1oz of Hormel bacon bits
1/4 of white onion finely chopped
1 can of black olives finely chopped
2 TBSP of of mayo

Mix all ingredients together.

Spread on the bread of your choice.

Put under the broiler until it is melted!!

That's it!!! Seriously!

Easy and tasty!!!
