Happy Easter!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! I know that we did! My mom and grandma and brother spent the holiday with us this year! We had a laid back, relaxing weekend. We did a lot of eating, drinking, and shopping! Everything I love!
I spent most of my time in the kitchen cooking for everyone, so I did not get a lot of pictures. I am so sad that I didn't get anymore pictures, since it was baby's first Eater. I am usually the "photographer" in our house and since I was busy, a lot of pictures didn't happen.
But I did get a lot of cooking done! So I will be sharing a lot of new recipes with you that I tried out! Major yummy too!

My brother, reading a bedtime story the night before the Easter bunny came.....
Easter Brunch! I made tomato pie (OMG, to die for, sounds strange, but trust me. You will want this recipe) Roasted asparagus with goat cheese and crumbled bacon, portobello mushrooms topped with creamy scrambled eggs, and garlic parmesan spaghetti squash.
Baby's very first Easter basket!!!!
I hope y'all had a very wonderful weekend!!!

Wow..the food looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful first Easter! Looks like you made a delicious brunch for everyone. And tomato pie? My grandmother makes the yummiest tomato pie, I was scared of it for years but man is it good!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter! I love tomato pie and I just bought my first spaghetti squash to attempt cooking. Any tips or recipes I should try?
